Bowman, Angeline C., (Angie) age 71, on Sunday (January 13, 2008) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital.  Angeline was a member of Ascension R.C. Church.  She worked for over 25 years as the manager of Parkside Lanes in North Tonawanda.   She was an avid bowler and loved the Buffalo Sabres.  Angeline is the daughter the of the late Frank and Tomasina (nee Maruca) Roberto and beloved step-daughter of the late Joseph Stringaro. 

Beloved wife of John L. Bowman, Sr. of North Tonawanda.  Loving mother of John L. (Laurie Simmons) Bowman, Jr. Marie A. (Jacque) Austin of Tonawanda and Richard E. (Velvett) Bowman of Peru, NY. Dear sister of Eugene (Jean) Roberto and Gilda (Richard) Wrazin both of North Tonawanda and Frank Roberto of Lockport.  Angeline is the proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Friends received by the family on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Albert the Great R.C. Church (please assemble at the church).  Interment will be private at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  The family asks that memorials be made to Camp Good Days and Happy Times or the American Cancer Society.
