Longtime Member of St. Martin Lutheran Church

Mildred C. Fredrickson (nee Scholin), 83, on Saturday (March 13, 2004) formerly of North Tonawanda at the Rosa Copeland Home at the Weinburg Campus. Mildred was born in Jamestown, NY on October 26, 1920 to Eric F. and Signe Scholin. Mildred was Valedictorian of the 1938 graduating class of Jamestown High School. She married Ernest R. Fredrickson in 1942 and moved to the Tonawandas’ in 1951. Mildred was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church. She retired as office manager for Dr. Daniel Fahey in Kenmore. She was a member of the Quota Club.

Beloved mother of Barton (Valarie) Fredrickson of Oscoda, MI, Robert (Margaret) Fredrickson of Canoe Cove, Prince Edward Island and Jean (John) Acquavella of Chesterfield, MO. Dear sister of Austin (Gladys) Scholin of Hampstead, NC. Loving grandmother of Faith, Nathan, Zoe and Michelle Fredrickson and Rose and Chloe Acquavella. Great grandmother of Andre Plavljanich.

Friends received by the family on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, The Rev. Devie Ellis, officiating. Interment will be at Acacia Park Cemetery. The family has requested that memorials be made to St. Martin Lutheran Church.
