
Lawlor, Thomas X. “Ted”, 81, of North Tonawanda on Friday (November 26th, 2004) at the Mt. View Health Center after a long illness. Known as Ted to his friends, he was loved by everyone he met and was an avid practical joker. He was the former owner of Lawlor’s Service Station on the corner of East Robinson and Jefferson. Ted was active in North Tonawanda Democratic Politics and was a former Democratic Committeeman. He was also a member of Ascension R.C. Church, Rescue Fire Company #5 and the Volunteer Fireman’s Benevolent Association. Ted retired from the City of North Tonawanda as a Driver for the Sr. Citizen’s Transportation. He had a love for square dancing and was a square dance caller.
Beloved father of Lynda (Robert) Haner-Mele of North Tonawanda. Loving Grandfather of Troy and Traci Haner both of North Tonawanda. Great Grandfather of three grandchildren.
Friends received by the family on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, where services will be held on Tuesday morning at 10:00. Interment at White Chapel Cemetery will follow.
