Retired from Columbus McKinnon

Frances Metzger, 72, of North Tonawanda on Thursday (April 29, 2003) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Frances was a member of Ascension R.C. Church. She retired from Columbus-McKinnon in Tonawanda where she was an office manager. She was active with her friends in the card “Club”. Daughter of the late Frank and Martha Metzger and sister of the late Grace Wisniewski.

Beloved sister of Frank (Beverly) Metzger, John (Carol) Metzger and Thomas (Glenda) Metzger all of North Tonawanda. Loving aunt of ten nieces and nephews and twenty great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew.

Friends received by the family on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda where services will be held at 9:00 Tuesday morning followed by a Mass of Christian Burial from Ascension R.C. Church at 9:30. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family has requested that memorials be made in Frances name to the Autism Society of American, WNY Chapter, 19 Limestone Drive, Williamsville NY 14221
