About Us

The Brunner Funeral Home was started by William Brunner, Jr. in 1947 after serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. The funeral home was opened in his father's home where it is to this day. Bill Brunner was really great at swinging a hammer. He put one addition after another on the funeral home until he retired in 1986. The last addition was completed by the present owner and Bill's son, Mark Brunner, in 1986. We are proud to say that we do not turn anyone away at the time of need. We know that the trust you place in us is earned from the years of service. We humbly thank the community for their support and friendship throughout the years. Staff members of Brunner Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors.
