David J. Behm

David J. Behm, age 55, of North Tonawanda passed away peacefully on Wednesday (April 25, 2012) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Dave fought a long and courageous battle against cancer. Dave was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish and go camping with his family. He was a member of “Granny and the Jets” Bowling Team. Dave, being a “Jack of all trades”, always had a project going on, fixing this or that.
Loving son of Shirley (the late John) Behm of North Tonawanda. Beloved husband of Lori J. (nee Miller) Behm of North Tonawanda. Loving father of Stephanie Behm, David J. (Kellie) Behm, Nicholas Behm and Heather Behm. Proud grandfather of Blake Behm and Joey Sturdivant. Dear Brother of Peggy Sorrell, Sandra (Frank) Benchik, Michelle (Richard) Watt and Lisa (the late Gustav) Foit. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends received by the family on Saturday 12-2 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841) 156 Robinson St. North Tonawanda where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Roswell Cancer Institute or Niagara Hospice, Inc.
