Loving mother of Jill (Joseph) Lane, Chip (Mary) Mongeon, Lisa (the late Glyn) Wood and Laura Mongeon (Rob Filippone). Proud Nonna of Maurice (Kailey) Mongeon, Ciana (Jon Matias) Wood, Alea (Zach) Newman, Emily (Jimmy Spellman) Mongeon, Linnea (Edjo) Smith and Alex Filippone. Great grandmother of Nova Marie Mongeon. Sister of the late Gilda Smith and John Olivieri.

Amherst.

Esther retired from the North Tonawanda School System in 1992. She was a proud 5th grade teacher at Drake School. She treasured her family. She also had tremendous style and loved cooking for her family and friends.
