Donald A. Karnuth, age 75, of Stockton, NY, formerly of the Tonawandas on October 22, 2013 in Dunkirk. Donald retired from General Motors in 2002 where he was a Pipe Fitter. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and motorcyclist. Don raised Beagles for hunting and was a former member of the Grand Island Rod and Gun Club. He served his country with 21years in the National Guard. Son of the late Donald Karnuth, Sr. and Thelma (nee Sweet) Karnuth. Brother of the late “Buddy” Karnuth.
Beloved husband of Darleen A. (nee Wood) Karnuth of Stockton. Loving father of Dawn J. (Jay) Mead. Wahariwahtsenri (Lorraine), Thomas L. Karnuth, Beth A. Gorman (Chuck Sparcino), Jason M. (Tammy) Karnuth. Step-father of Bradford J. Berwick, Rebecca (Michael) Kostelnik, Robert J. (Andrea) Berwick, Bobbie Irish, Jackie Irish and Donnie Irish. Proud grandfather of eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends invited to a Memorial Service on Saturday morning at 11:00 A.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. The family requests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association.
