Duane Joseph Cappellano

Duane Joseph Cappellano, 71, of North Tonawanda died on June 2, 2025 after a long illness. Husband of the late Angela (nee Frisbey) Cappellano. Loving father of Coreen N. (Matthew) Johnson. Brother of Andrew Y Cappellano, Andrea (Mark) Duguay, Deborah (Michael) Pellegrino and the late Dean Cappellano. Dear uncle of Daniel (Sabrina), Bernadette, Melissa, Amanda, Ashley, Joseph and Nicholas.

Friends received by the family on Sunday 4-7 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday morning at 11:30 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish. Interment will be private at Western New York National Cemetery.

Duane was a Carpenter by trade. He was a devout Catholic and volunteered many hours to churches in the area. Usually seen on his Harley, he loved gardening and was the best Italian Chef in the house.
