Elizabeth Doherty

Elizabeth Doherty (nee Collins) age 88, of North Tonawanda died at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital on Monday July 19, 2010 after a brief illness. Wife of the late Vincent Doherty and sister of the late Alice Abdulla. Mother of the late Vincent Doherty, Jr. Beloved mother of Dennis (Donna) Doherty of Tonawanda and Kevin (Susan) Doherty of Buffalo. Proud grandmother of eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and one niece and one nephew. Friends received by the family on Wednesday, 4-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 10:30 A.M. Interment at Acacia Park Cemetery will be private. The family requests that memorial be made to Buffalo Hospice.
