Ernest J. Greene, 86, of North Tonawanda, NY, October 6, 2008. He enjoyed playing the guitar, mandolin and harmonica with the group known as the Melodears. He also enjoyed camping, going to church and had a good sense of humor.Dear husband of Patricia (nee Flateau) Greene; loving father of PFC Thomas (Danielle) Greene-Lawrence, Jonathan Greene, Marcia Leach, Sandi Fereno and the late Ronald and Charles Greene. Ernie is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.Friends received on Saturday at 3 - 4 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, where funeral services will follow visitation at 4:00 PM.
