John R. Jackson

John R. Jackson, age 80 of Niagara Falls on March 26, 2014 at his residence. John was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls. He retired from the Ohmtek Company where he was a Supervisor. He was an avid Yankee and Bills Fan and loved luxury cars. He was a proud Bishop Duffy graduate and a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. Beloved father of Catherine (Gerald) Ellington of California and Jean Marie (John) Fortino of Niagara Falls. Proud grandfather of Richard Austin Baumgartner III, Erica Catherine Baumgartner both of California. Marissa Janelle Fortino and Mario John Fortino of Niagara Falls. Brother of Mary Ellis, Judy Apperson and Charles Lampman. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Entombment at Gate of Heaven will be private.
