Judy was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, growing up on 3rd Avenue with her loving parents, John and Anna Mulligan, and her devoted sister Dorothy. After graduating NTHS in 1955, Judy married the love of her life, Ray Malone, and the couple settled on Robinson Street, where they raised five children based on faith, hard work, and love. After Ray’s untimely death in 1990, Judy moved to Homestead Drive, where she continued to work for the Niagara County Department of Social Services, Child Support Unit and retired as the Department Supervisor in 1999.

In 1995, Judy met Bob Likus, the couple married in 1999, and eventually settled as “snowbirds” to River Forest Village in Punta Gorda, FL, surviving two hurricanes and making new, lifelong friends. The couple returned home to NT together, for the final time, in March of 2023.

Judy loved nothing more than curling up with a good book and a cup of hot tea. She was devoted to her family, her children, her grandchildren, and her great grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest, traveling all around the world, and never missed an opportunity to spend time with the people she loved. She will be greatly missed. Her impact on this world and her family will never be forgotten.
