Patricia Kowalczyk, 75, of Jamestown on April 26, 2026. Daughter of the late Daniel and Anna Kowalczyk. Sister of Daniel (Gay) Kowalczyk, Barbara Tuffs and the late Donald Kowalczyk. Dear aunt of Michael and Gretchen Kowalczyk, Kelly Tuffs and Christopher Tuffs.
Patricia was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a Registered Nurse and had worked for the Veterans Hospital in Buffalo.
