Thomas Carl Tamburlin

Thomas Carl Tamburlin, age 71, of North Tonawanda on Friday November 29, 2013 after a brief illness at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Thomas was a member of the former Ascension R.C. Church and presently Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. Tom retired from the Durez Plastics Company in 1992. Tom was an avid hunter and tinker. He was always the first to help his neighbors and friends. He was an avid train and locomotive buff. Tom was a U.S. Army Veteran. Son of the late Carl and Adeline Tamburlin.
Beloved husband of Shirley M. (nee Cooper) Tamburlin of North Tonawanda. Beloved father of Pamela (Mark) Harvey of Tonawanda, Ronald (Christine) Tamburlin of Orchard Park, Carl T. Tamburlin of North Tonawanda, Maria (James) Dosher of Castle Rock, CO, and Cecelia Tamburlin of North Tonawanda. Proud grandfather of Andrew, Amy and Jenna Harvey, Daniel Tamburlin and Mackenzie Dosher. Great-grandfather of Joseph and Thomas Harvey. Very dear friend of Donald Winter.
Friends received by the family on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841) 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday morning at 9:30 at Our Lady of Czestochowa (Please Assemble at the Church). Interment with Military Honors will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
