Vicki R. Neri

Vicki R. Neri (nee Scruggs) passed on Saturday (February 9, 2013), at her residence in Amherst. Vicki retired from the Niagara Courts System where she was a secretary. Previous to that she worked for the F.B.I. in the Washington, D.C. area. Vicki was the wife of the late Joseph M. Neri and daughter of the late Dorothy Rae Scruggs (nee Anderson). Beloved daughter of Clarence H. (Becky) Scruggs of Lancaster, PA. Loving mother of Trevor (Stacy) Meade of Fredericksburg, VA and Kelly Meade of Denver, CO. Proud Grammy of Ashley and Katie Meade. Friends received by the family on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, from 10:30 to 12:00 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda, where services will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
